As we move into the busy season, demand for appointments in our workshop diary increases substantially.  Whilst we do our utmost to accommodate all of our customers’ requirements, it becomes more difficult to meet demands for servicing and repairs on particular dates where these have not been booked well in advance.

Your warranty requires you to have your caravan serviced annually.

To book an appointment that fulfils your warranty requirement and is convenient to you, it is essential that you book as early as possible. 

Whilst we will assist where possible, please remember that it is your responsibility to maintain a service history in accordance with the terms of your warranty. 

Should you be in any doubt about your date of purchase and consequently your window for service within your warranty requirement, please contact us by telephone or email and we will provide this information for you.

Responsible caravan owners recognise the need for and importance of annual service.  For your  peace of mind and the safety of you and your family, annual service provides a rigorous check of all electrical, water and gas systems and appliances. 

It also incorporates checking of brakes, chassis, wheels and tyres along with a comprehensive water ingress check on your caravan.

Our 2010 Workshop Diary is now open for Dorvic customers.

Customers who purchased their caravan other than at Dorvic are able to book for service / repair one month in advance of their desired date. We will do our utmost to accommodate them.
