Workshop Diary
Demand for appointments in our workshop diary can be heavy, particularly approaching and during the peak season. Whilst we do our utmost to accommodate all of our customers' requirements, it becomes more difficult to meet demands for servicing and repairs on particular dates where these have not been booked well in advance. Should you require particular dates, for instance to satisfy your warrany requirements, we would advise you to book at least six weeks in advance. We will take bookings for the incoming season during the off peak season.
Your warranty requires you to have your caravan serviced annually.

To book an appointment that fulfils your warranty requirement and is convenient to you, it is essential that you book as early as possible.
Whilst we will assist where possible, please remember that it is your responsibility to maintain a service history in accordance with the terms of your warranty.
Should you be in any doubt about your date of purchase and consequently your window for service within your warranty requirement, please contact us by telephone or email and we will provide this information for you.
Responsible caravan owners recognise the need for and importance of annual service. For your peace of mind and the safety of you and your family, annual service provides a rigorous check of running gear and all electrical, water and gas systems and appliances.
